Exchange & Refund Policy

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. 

By confirming your order, you agree to the terms below:

1. Delivery and Initial Inspection:- Customers are allowed to try on and inspect the product(s) while the courier is present.
- Order Rejection or Partial Return: If the customer rejects the entire order or returns part of the order to the courier upon delivery, the full shipping fee will still be charged.

2. Returns and Exchanges: For a return or exchange to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and in clean condition.
- Full-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Items purchased during a sale or with a discount can be returned or exchanged within 3 calendar days only from the date of receipt.
- Shipping fees will be paid by the customer if a return or exchange is requested after delivery.

3. Order Cancellation: If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, the customer is required to pay the full shipping costs via their preferred payment method (by Instapay or Wallet like Vodafone Cash)

4. Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected to confirm it meets the conditions mentioned above, refunds will be processed within 2 days.
(Please note that the original shipping fee paid on the order is non-refundable.)

5. Defective Items: In the unfortunate event you receive a defective item, please contact our team immediately for support.
- Any exchange or refund required due to a manufacturer's defect will be handled free of charge.
