Shipping Policy

We want to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as your new look. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery process:


​Delivery Timeline:

​Standard Delivery: All orders are processed and delivered within 3–6 business days.


​The "Try-On" Service:

​We want you to love your fit! You are welcome to inspect and try on your items while the courier is present.


​Instant Returns: If the items don't meet your expectations, you can return them immediately to the courier.

​Please note: If you choose to reject the full order or return a portion of it at the door, the full shipping fee will still apply.


​Shipping Fees & Cancellations:

​Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable once a delivery attempt has been made.

​Change of Mind: If you request a return or exchange after the courier has left, the customer is responsible for the new shipping fees.

​Mid-Transit Cancellations: If an order is canceled after it has already been shipped, the shipping fee must still be settled via Instapay or Mobile Wallet (e.g., Vodafone Cash).



​Defective Items:

​If you receive a defective product, we’ve got you covered. We will handle the exchange or refund free of charge, no shipping or processing fees involved.
